Our work was presented at the triennial congress of the International Association of Logopedics and Phoniatrics (IALP) in Dublin, Ireland. A poster was presented entitled, “Human cognition cultural values model (HCCVM): A Theoretical model to address pragmatic language behavior in CLD Populations. Attendees from 56 countries were in attendance and this poster was very well received and participants consistently remarked that the HCCVM would be a useful framework to discuss variation in pragmatic language behavior in their country, thus giving the HCCVM global appeal.
